Working remotely, I’ve certainly found, has brought about an increased need to bring people back together to work and create in-person. A study has recently found that 70% of workers feel more creative and 90% feel more confident whilst co-working.

Activity-based working layouts are crucial to allow people to engage in different ways of working; if an office forces people to stay at their desk, the result will be poor ideas and weak social interactions.
