As part of the Nichols Brown Webber team, I produced planning and technical design drawings for the Hundred Hills winery storage building. Following completion of the winery, a storage barn with a capacity of half a million bottles has been built, and a listed farmhouse and granary have been refurbished. In due course a house for the owner and a hospitality barn will be added. The winery was awarded the Chilterns Society Building of the Year.
