I worked within the Purcell team to develop concept designs for a bid to win a project for All Souls College to build a new academic centre with impressive views over the spires of Oxford. At the top of the academic centre, we proposed a new lecture theatre with a curved ceiling to aid the acoustic performance of the space and glazing framing views over the Oxford skyline. The glazed entrance space provides a rare insight into the workings of the University which is often hidden within the college grounds and encourages interaction with the public.
